Nature Walk

  I almost stepped on this little toad - very photogenic toad!

Virginia bluebell - to get this angle, I shot this from the ground up.

This was done using spot metering since the light was shinning through the trees, which created spots of light.

Cat

I took this in Hope, AR (December 2009). This was such a beautiful cat living around the farm. Allyson found this one and brought it to the farm.  This cat does look like Russian's blue cat, not sure.
It was close to sunset and there wasn't much lighting around the cabin, so I had to turn up the exposure to compensate for the lack of lighting.

Reflection

There was no mirror. There were actually two pigeons. This was taken in Rome by the Capitoline Hill.
